REFUND POLICY

After examining your purchase , if you decide to return an item

1.You must notify SerendipityGDDs by email (via contact screen) within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with the reason why you wish to return an item.

2.Items must then be returned unworn, unwashed and totally new condition with the garment tags still attached  and in the original packaging to arrive within 21 working days @ SerendipityGDDs after receipt. SerendipityGDDs will NOT accept return of non-faulty items that have been worn, used, washed and/or garment tags removed.

3.Please return items (in perfect condition) and in the original packaging via signed for and tracked delivery to SerendipityGDDs address as found on your PayPal transaction.

4.Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items to SerendipityGDDs.

5.SerendipityGDDs will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit of returned goods. If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit I may deduct a charge from the refund to cover that.
