After examining your purchase , if you decide to return an item

1.You must notify SerendipityGDDs by email (via contact screen) within 48 hours of receiving your order, together with the reason why you wish to return an item.

2.Items must then be returned unworn, unwashed and totally new condition with the garment tags still attached  and in the original packaging to arrive within 21 working days @ SerendipityGDDs after receipt. SerendipityGDDs will NOT accept return of non-faulty items that have been worn, used, washed and/or garment tags removed.

3.Please return items (in perfect condition) and in the original packaging via signed for and tracked delivery to SerendipityGDDs address as found on your PayPal transaction.

4.Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning items to SerendipityGDDs.

5.SerendipityGDDs will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit of returned goods. If returned goods are lost or damaged in transit I may deduct a charge from the refund to cover that.

1.UK  £5.50 per item, add £2-3 for each additional item up to £15 max, free Shipping if you spend over £200, Note the postage on my little bags and red hearts is cheaper at £3.99, and all scarves at £4.99

2.Europe £14, add £5 for each additional item

3.Worldwide £24 for 1 item, add £8 for each additional item. Currency translation and language translation are all built in.

OTHER SHIPPING ADVICE (please read)
Please ensure your PayPal Account is set up with your required delivery address. If paying by Credit or With Debit card you will be asked for your address as you pay. Remember PayPal is the safest way to pay as an online consumer.

Please also ensure that you measure your girl's chest, waist and length to hem and compare it to the measurements of the dress you have chosen to ensure a comfortable fit.          

Please also note that your name, address and email address will not be passed to any 3rd party by Serendipity GDDs

For European and World deliveries it is important for you to sign for your parcel on delivery as all parcels are sent from the UK International Tracked and Signed for service.
Please note goods cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack stations (excluding Middle East / Africa) as no signature can be captured via the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for postal service, sorry!
